importing dimension style and text style

How do you import a text style and dimension style from one drawing to another in Autocad Mac?

I'm not a 'mac' guy, but I think it will not be possible programmatically to import a text and dimension style from one drawing to another in mac, because mac does not support ActiveX/COM...

If your goal is not programmatically,

1 - Command:ADCENTER (again I don't know if the command exists on mac)

2 - Inserting the dwg with text and the dimension style to copy and cancel the command just before ending, this way all blocks,  text and dimension styles definitions will remain in the dwg...

3 - Copy/paste
