I keep accidentally picking above the menu bar and my autocad window "floats"

Does anyone know of a way to more permanently lock autocad to its "maximized" state?

This seems to be happening, I am running windows 7 but I don't remember this ever hapening in XP....

Thanks!

This happens to me when I double click, using XP by the way, above the menu area.  Have you looked into your mouse sensitivity?

This is a feature of Windows7, although I'm not sure how to disable it.
