How to get pop up box with edit view?

Hi all,

          I prefer to use the classic setup when using autocad with toolbars instead of the ribbon. I have created a new toolbar with all the modeldoc command buttons in it. Is it possible to make the graphics box ( hope that's the right terminology) appear when the edit view button is selected as it does when using the same command from the ribbon using the annotate menu in the 3d modeling workspace?

You'll have to elaborate by telling us what is the command called by the "edit view" button and what does the "graphics box" look like?  Perhaps a screen capture and upload it in your reply?
