Run the options command, set your current profile the way you want it to look, and then use the Export button.  That will save the profile information out as a .arg file

Maybe this: (vla-ExportProfile (vla-get-profiles (vla-get-preferences (vlax-get-acad-object))) "Bluer" "DeepBlue.arg" ) Bluer is an existing profile. HTH, Justo Aguiar.
