horizantal intersection point

Hi,

Please find the attachment.

A profile having one line and one spline as shown in attachment.

I know the point A co-ordinates. we need to find the point 'B' co-ordinates where it intersects to spline at horizantal axis (-x axis) as shown in the drawing. Please post any lisp routene for this

Sudarsan, please check function (vlax-curve-getclosestpointtoprojection) and for vector for projection use '(1.0 0.0 0.0)...
