HELP: Setting up a profile for users - AutoCAD 2008

I have recently set up AutoCAD as the CAD Manager. I have created custom
menus and toolbars through CUI which are stored on the server for sharing
along with all the other customary items that are needed for CAD Standards
use. All of these items pull from the server CAD location requiring nothing
of the local AutoCAD other than the standard local menu system.

However for the first time ever I have a profile issue where nothing appears
to be syncing right.

After setting up the AutoCAD environment where it needs to be, I exported
the settings to a profile stored on the server. Then went to a users machine
and loaded the profile to test it elsewhere other than my machine. Upon
loading the profile everything came up fine except the custom menus and
toolbars do not come up. I checked the file pathing in OPTIONS and found
everything had loaded correctly in there from top to bottom.

Leaving the profile loaded at that point I then did a manual load of the CUI
through menuload and the toolbars loaded like a scrabble puzzle.

Odd toolbars, missing tool bar images, half toolbars as well as the
placement of these toolbars being out of place. I am not sure if this is a
permissions thing on the server or permissions locally or even permissions
at all. Note: All machines are set up exactly alike meaning AutoCAD is setup
with the exact same name and location on local machines. I have never seen
this happen before and have been customizing since day one, so I have a lot
of experience, however as we all know, we come across things that happen
that can even perplex the best users or CAD Managers.

Any help would be appreciated, I don't think that it is that far off from
finding the correct solution, as I probably missed something somewhere. Also
as a reminder I would like to know what permission settings CAD Managers are
using for the CAD folder on the server.

I have only found two documents in Knowledge Base which where not helpful at
all.
