help function not opening file on network

Hi, I'm trying to open a custom help file from a dialog button.

If my html file is on my local machine it works fine.

If I put the html file on the network it opens the AutoCAD2013 - English-Help window with nothing in it.

I have verified it's finding the file with findfile and the location is in my support path. I can also open the file fine when it's on the network through explorer.

(help "customhelp.html")

any ideas?
