Enhanced Attribute editor doesn't display on double-click

i've searched a few things on the site, ie. attdia, dblclkedt, etc.---they all seem correct.

The odd thing is, the window just doesn't show up.  Info can be input, and I can tab through the lines of the editor.  It's as if the editor is invisible or is set to display in the background behind the drawing.

Any suggestions?

Maybe it's off-screen. While the command is active (and you think it should be displayed)...

Hit Alt+Spacebar

Hit M (for move)

use the arrow keys to move it back on screen

or

Hit Alt+Spacebar

Hit S (for size)

use the arrow keys to resize so you can see it on screen

you may want to try (practice) this with a dialog box that is visible so you can see what's going on

Do you have enough graphic resources ? Not too many applications rinning and draining your grphic card juice ? If you think it's not about this, maybe if you try to repare the install or maybe reinstall the application ?

Yep, that was the issue.  As I hit alt-spacebar, the icon went immediately to the left extent of the screen.  I tried it a few times w/ the mouse drag.  Then re-read your answer and used the arrow keys.......eventually the editor came back into the screen.

Thanks for the help, lpseifert
