Diesel expression for viewport scale with sheet set

I am trying to create a detail name block that comes in with a view from the sheet set manager.  as part of the block I want to have a scale bar that will automatically get the viewport scale from the viewport brought in with the detail name block.  I have used the sheetsetplaceholder - viewportscale field and that shows the vieport scale, but I want the inverse of that (viewport scale /1) along with the other values to fill out the scale bar, for example (viewport scale /1)x2

and (viewport scale /1)/2.  I am unable to nest this in a formula field and have tried everything I can think of.  I am not sure if this is possible with a diesel expression.  I am not familiar with diesel, but it looks possible.  I would sure appreicate any help.

Thanks,

Mgurr
