CUI -> Macro Type... How to change/set in the CUI (R2007)

1) I have added a command that belongs in the "Legacy" category of the Command List.

However, when I created the command it automatically placed this command in

the "All Commands" category even though I had the Legacy category set as current.

How do I change the Macro Type of this newly created command from "All Categories" to "Legacy" in the CUI?

2) There are many command categories in that drop-down.

Is it possible to add a category to this list?

Is it possible to remove some of the categories?

I also noticed that "All Commands" does not show anything from the Legacy category.

What part of "All Commands" does this editor not understand?

???
