Can you post steps to re-create the problem? I'm not sure I understand what
you mean by override the plot style?
Do you mean change to a different plot style than the one that was saved
with page setup?
If this is the case, the behavior you described is "normal".
Understand what Page Setups are: They tie together an explicit Plotter,
Plot Style, and Plot Settings as one addressable object. They are meant to
be fixed so that you can go back to those settings over and over again when
needed.
It is possible to update an existing Page Setup by recalling it first, make
necessary changes, and save back over the same name.
