Copy Toolbars . . .

What files are required when copying toolbar menus from one computer to
another?
.mns, .mnu, etc?
icons? (of course)

If they are not in a custom menu and you copy the "acad" files then you will
overwrite the other operators menu setup.

All you need is the mns (or mnu) and bmp files and the mnl if there is one.
But, as John Scott pointed out, be careful with copying the acad menu files.
When you have custom toolbars, they should be added to a custom menu
