Compatibility AutoCAD 2000 x AutoCAD 2011

We have used AutoCAD 2000 software in our company since 2000, and have several routines in LISP programs and also used VBA routines.
We bought the new AutoCAD 2011 now, just not yet installed because it depends on the creation of a license server.

But the question I ask is the following:
-There is full compatibility of LISP and VBA routines used in AutoCAD 2000 now using AutoCAD 2011 ?

Lsp of 2000 should work in later versions, including 2011; except for some posible instances that apply the command function, which invokes the ordinary editor commands: others may volunteer examples. VBA will require the addition of more software, see:
