This will do a 3 point arc
[Circuit Wiring]^C^C(setq player (getvar
"clayer"));-layer;m;E-POWR-CIRC-N;c;3;;;arc;\\\(setvar "clayer" player)(setvar
"celtype" "bylayer")

am trying to add an option to my custom menu that will; 1. remember the
current layer, 2. create a specific layer, 3. invoke the Arc command and
create arc on the new layer, 4. reset the previos stored layer.
It works just fine using pline (see following):
[Wiring - NEW]^C^C(setq player (getvar
"clayer"));-layer;m;E-POWR-CIRC-N;c;3;;;pline;\\(setvar "clayer"
player)(setvar "celtype" "bylayer")
The problem is that I also need to set it up for Arc and when I use Arc in
place of pline, it creates the layer and allows you to draw the arc, however,
the arc is not drawn on the layer that's created.
This works fine (see following):
[Circuit Wiring]^C^C-layer;m;E-POWR-CIRC-N;c;3;;;arc;
The problem is that I'm unable to store the current layer and then restore
it after the process is complete.
Any thoughts, suggestions?
