Change the colour of the drafting tool tip using lisp

I use the following lisp to control my window background colour,

;Setting window colour to crimson (uses OLE colour code system)...
(vla-put-TextWinBackgrndColor(vla-get-display(vla-get-preferences(vlax-get-acad-object)))3937500)

However I would like to change the drafting tool tip background also using lisp, but I don’t know which vla-put-….. I need?

Could somebody elaborate on this?

HI... i  need  more detalis.,....

Woman Surprised

stepa) You capture  JPG  or BMP image  from your desktop-windows..(CTRL+PrintScreen)

stepb) You  edit this image with mspaint.exe and you write detalis , where  you want swapping the colors

stepc) You  upload the picture here on autodesk.com

Robot Frustrated

Best Regards...

Couldn't imagine why you'd want more details or what MS-paint has anything to do with it. Like all AutoCAD users I have a tooltip I would simply like to change the tooltip background color using lisp, apposed to manually changing it in the options dialogue box
