Change a specific BLOCK, specific ATTRIBUTE, multiple drawings?

I see this has been discussed before, but I can not find a solution. Perhaps there's posts I couldn't find.

We have some dwgs that are individual .dwg files - making a multiple sheet drawing, some up to 60, 70 sheets.

When we revise these drawings, we spend so much time editing metadata - specifically the Revision Letter. Each drawing has the same titleblock BLOCK.

Is there a way to change a specific BLOCK, particular ATTRIBUTE in the command line? If so, I know how (I think) to get a script to edit all the files that make up the drawing.

Does anyone know of/have a script that may achieve all of this?

Thanks!
