No, they are AutoCAD only. There might be a way to extract data from Navisworks, but its "high-intensity" programming. Its also questionable; for example, somebody may append multiple copies of the same file in without merging geometry, resulting in multiple copies of the same object if you don't account for that. My recommendation is to do any data extraction in the relevant software and keep Navisworks for review, rendinering, and clash detection purposes.
