AutoCAD 2008: Multileader and MLeaderStyle

Questions:

1. why in 2008 Dxf reference guide the MLeaderStyle is
under Entities and not under Tables?

2. where can I find the MLeaderStyle info in a MULTILEADER?
(see list below)

3. in the help under MULTILEADER I can read:
"3 MULTILEADER style description", but I can not find
the group 3 in the list (see list below).
The name of MLeaderStyle is "Bubble" where can I find it?

4. how can I set via command or Lisp ALL the settings of a
MULTILEADER without use the dialogue?
