Autocad 2006 and Autocad 2012 command differences ?

Why Autocad 2011 and Autocad 2012,Will occur on some computers,Can use the "_.layer" be executed,Some do not?Because on the Autocad 2006 can be executed.Grateful people who have solved, you can answer it.Thank you!

Hi,

there is a big difference between 2006 and 2011/2012: the layermanager can stay active during your work now.

So the command _LAYER with newer versions will start the layermanager, but does not interrupt your code! If you want to run the old version you could start the command _CLASSICLAYER instead.
