Attribute extraction lisp to excel in dcl files with bi-directional link

Need help in getting or writing a lisp that will extract attribute information on a floor plan and extract it to a floor plan and have a two way link with the cad and excel sheet.

I will also like to have the attached selection list box to call up the lisp file.

Will appreciate anybody that can help or send me to the right person/avenue
