3D Arc in DXF format

I didn't see a section that pertained to DXF issues in this discussion area so I hope this is as good a place as any to post this question.

I am trying to figure out how to generate the correct format for a 3D arc in DXF. I went through the help files which discussed the Object Coordinate System (OCS) and the Arbitrary Axis Algorithm (AAA) but I can't seem to calculate the correct codes for "10", "20", & "30" (center point) when the 3D arc is one that has been skewed around both the X and the Y axis. The Normal Vector is straightforward but determining the center point of the arc based on the OCS and AAA has left me in the dust.

If at all possible could someone please provide an example of how to generate these Group Codes (10, 20 & 30), or if someone could point me in the right direction of some good references it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Chrisi,

You can try rotate UCS with 3 point then draw arc in new UCS that.
