Worried about future

Dear Friends
I have done many courses in S/w programs. Can anyone tell me how I cn get a
job in the field of development. I have done VB,Autocad,Ms-office,
SQL-Server, ASP, Java, HTML, VB/ Java Script
I am not good in JAVA .
Atpresent I am working in the field of Autocad. for the past 4 years. I am
slowly learning Autolisp. As I have learnt so many application paying so big
money, Can anyone tell me how best I can make use of them. I am interested
to stick on the Delevelopment/Designing side.
