Userform and accoremgd.dll error

Hi,
If I make macro with userform (empty userform without any buttons) and then when I turn off AutoCad then I have message like bellow:

Exception in accoremgd.dll ARX Command
Unhandled Exception 2A7FA50 (Access Violation Writing 0xd644e900) at address D644E900h.

On the other machine I have the almost the same error:

Exception in accoremgd.dll ARX Command
Unhandled Exception C0000005 (Access Violation Writing 0x3f58e900) at address 3F58E900h.

I found topic with similar problem:
http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/installation-licensing/autocad-2014-sp1-exception-in-accoremgd-dll-arx...

But I'm still looking for solution. Anybody can help ?

Is it VBA or VB6, if VB6 are you running your form in an EXE or within a DLL?

As that is mostly code depending what line of code raises that exception? Can you show it? (the other option is guessing)

It is VBA.

It is only userform without any code.

Below I describe all steps:

1)  Run Visual Basic Editor (Alt + F11)

2)  Create UserForm

3) Run UserForm (just show empty userform in AutoCad)

4) Close Userform

5) Turn off AutoCad (ctrl+Q)

Here I have message with error.

Hi,

ok, I can reproduce it with AutoCAD 2014, but not with 2015.

And as this exception appears after all is closed (so also the drawings) I guess there will not be any dataloss (but be careful, of course).
