removing our AutoCAD profile from registry

Hi,
Please I need to remove our cadd profile from registry under this path
"MyComputer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\autodesk\autocad\R16.2\ACAD-4004:409\Profiles\AR-ACAD06"
is there any code or simple example to help me access this path in rigistry to remove the mentioned profile by VB
