Printing ACAD 2002 drawings in VB 6

I'm rewriting a program that we call 'print server' that picks up print jobs
(text files with all the necessary data) and plots the autocad drawings that
are listed in those text files. This version of the program was written in
16 bit VB and uses ACAD 12 to print the drawings (we use send keys to a dos
acad screen). I'm now using ACAD 2002 and wnated to know how to plot
drawings and plot only certain layers. Thanks for any help.
