How to change coordinates of polyline?

Does anybody know how to change coordinates of polyline ? 

I know how to get the coordinates but I need to get and change one of the coordinate.

Hi,

Lw-Polyline or 2D-Polyline or 3D-Polyline? These are to be handled differently and if you look into the help, you can find how to modify one or more vertices.

Out of the help a sample:
