Create solid from two different sections in AutoCAD 2004

Hello,
I know there is a tool in 2007 version but i have to do it in 2004. I can extrude a section but the section remains the same along the solid. Our solid's start and end sections are different. Is it possible?

Thanks,

I wrote a LISP to do that.
The result is not a smooth but a facetted 3DSOLID.
In case of interest please contact me via www.black-cad.de
