comand event listener

I need to add a step to the print command. What i mean by this is when the user executes the _Plot command I need to pause it and ask the user for some information in a userform then onok resume the _plot command. I am new to developing in auto cad and am having trouble accessing the eventlistener for the command line.

Thanks

What if I want to listen for a sequence of commands? I want to listen for when a user uses the + button to create a new layout so that I can interrupt that and show them a form to choose a template to use for the new layout. The + button executes the "_LAYOUT" command immediately followed by the "_NEW" command. I want to listen for both of these commands in this order and show the user a form when that happens. Any help?
