autocad 2011 hide objects

i can turn an autocad object invisible by objGeneral.Visible = False
and then turn it visible by objGeneral.Visible = True

but it does not work with objects that have been hidden with autocad 2011 new command 'isolate/hide objects': they will not appear in the drawing if visible property is set to true

anyway, all these hidden objects have visible property as false

but it seems there is another flag or property for them

is this property accesible by .NET or VBA?
