"Go To Folder" like API (inside Vault Explorer plugin)

We need a way (API) to get Vault Explorer to jump locations (Go To Folder) inside a Vault Explorer plugin app.

I get the right Folder ID, how can i do ?

In our case, the problem arises when the user selects a "file link" (eg in the list of files in a search). The Vault Explorer "Go to Folder" always leads in the folder of the original file. But the real "links" may exist  inside another folder. The user would like "Go To" inside the folder of the "link" (not the folder where the file is original)
