Add the abililty to place a link or shortcut into the Vault.
It would be helpful to allow the 'link' of large point cloud data to Vault documents, without having the large point cloud data be imported into the Vault.

If you place a shortcut on your desktop, you should be able to drag and drop that short-cut into a Vault folder.
WOW... learn something new everyday. I tried that before, but it wouldn't let me.

I was using the 'add files' option, the drag-n-drop works great.
