Find non-vault files in vault workspace

It's not my idea but I was asked by several clients and I'm not the only VAR with that problem (or client).

The idea is to easilly find in the workspace (I mean local workspace as managed by vault IPJ) the files that are not yet checked in in order to clean or check in those files.

It could be integrated in the synchronisation tool as an option like "detect non vault files in the workspace" and the ability to choose what to do with those files.

Workspace Sync accomplishes this, if you have 'unmanaged files' checked in the settings.

Workspace Sync does not exactly give realtime feedback to the user.

This Vault explorer should simply show new local workspace files "Not in Vault" for the current folder. 

It already gives you an indication if you have local copies of vault files and what there status is.  Why can't it just show what files are in the local folder that are not in the vault.

It seems like it wouldn't be that much programming to add local new files not in vault to the listview
