Disable "Search File Content" option when content indexing service is disabled

It doesn't make sense that if the content indexing service is disabled on the server side that there is still an option to "search file content" on the client side.

The option should be greyed out. Barring that, it should only produce a warning stating "File content has not been searched because it has not been indexed" or something to that effect, rather than failing to produce any search results.
