Data Standard - Override the New command for Custom Objects

It would be nice if Data Standard could let you override the New command for Custom Objects.  The API supports this feature, so Data Stanard just needs to add the API hook.

Under the current implementation, Data Standard lets you add a new command for creating a Custom Object, but the default New command is unchanged. 

My proposal is for Data Standard to override the New command instead.
