Combine a series of tokens in a search

I would like to see the ability to combine search tokens into a specific string to search against.

IE, if my description is 'CV axle line 5F/6G' I do NOT want it to appear if I search against:  Description contains Line AND  "5G" 

Adjusting slop factor in web.config would lead to some results not showing; exmple if description is 'CV axle line 1B/1C/4D/4F/5G'

It would also be good if you could search for the tokens in the order they are entered

IE if you search for 123 456 789

You would get 123-456-789, but not 456-123-789
