Add "Include related documentation" button to file operation dialog boxes

I would like to see an "Include related documentation" button added to the file operation dialog boxes (e.g. Get/Checkout, Revise, Change State, Change Category, etc)

I have to set this option differently depending on what I am doing and it would be a time and click-saver to have this button exposed in the dialog instead of buried in the settings

In the new Get/Check out dialog in Vault 2014, the related documents button appears.
