Check-out on Status Change

In Inventor there is the command to invoke a status change. While I found that it is a bad idea to release a file that way, it is quite handy to set a file back to a WiP state, creating a new revision.

I usually do that when I find that I need to work on a released component. Of course I want to start working right away. Unfortunately, after the status change I have to do a few more clicks to check out the file.

Why not putting an extra check box into the dialog to combine the commands? Sure, if I change to a state which doesn’t allow a check out, Vault should prevent that. But I think in most cases this might be quite useful and same some time.
