When opening dwg drawing Inventor is synchronizing with Vault server

When opening dwg drawing Inventor is synchronizing every single part on the drawing with Vault server. How to turn it off?

I`m pretty sure there is a checkbox somewhere that needs to be uncheked to cancell this?

Thanks,

Alex.

Hi Alex,

Please open Inventor Vault Tab.  Go to the Vault options command and then Manage Prompts.  You can disable the get downloads by settting the default replies to no.

HI Ron,

The message Im getting below:

We have two computers with two identical settings (we think). One works fine, the other one checks status when open drawing:

Settings are below.

Could it be something else?

Thank you,

This window pops up for only a split second for each part that it updates. Sometimes for hundreds of parts. The problem is that it occurs randomly when I am working in an assembly model that is checked out to myself, and there have been no new updates (sometimes when I simply change a view).

Hi Alex,
You might consider setting the get (download) Response options to NO or No to All.
