I'm struggling to solve this issue with the Web Vault
It's been working excellently for us for a while now. We use the regular Vault in the office, but at our factory, we have a web client instead - so the workers can look up autocad dwgs.
In the beginning the drawings wouldnt load - and it turned out that some of our machines didnt create the visualization file on check in - and when it did it wasnt the right format. After changing the settings to create on check-in and use dwfx files instead of dwf - it has worked flawlessly for a while.
But now we have a few drawings that wont open - it comes back with an error saying
"This page cannot be found"
I've checked out regular Vault - the drawing looks like, it has a dwfx file created. When I open the drawing on my computer via the Web Vault - it shows up fine, but I have the entire Autodesk Design Suite installed - and we dont want to do that on the factory computers.
Anything thoughts on this issue?
