So I am trying to figure out why I get this noticwe occasionally in the web client. I thought it might be bacuase the vizualization file was out of date but that isn't it.

So why would I get this on some files?

it opens the file in Inventor or AutoCAD.

Which browser is this?

IE 9 and 10 as well as Chrome version 27.something on multiple machines.

If I use the thick client the preview is there and I can open that in Design Review and it isn't on every file just some and I can't find any common connection between the files that aren't showing.

Well I figured out what happen, just not sure how it happend. As some point in time my default category got changed to something other than Base and and that categor had a lifecycle attached to it. So the visualization file was getting put in the Work in Progress state. Since I had the web client set to only show Released files it would not show the vizualization files.

I had to delete all of the messed up vizualization files and am in the process of recreateing them.
