I have one Vault Web Client user who cannot view any files. He is able to login and search and select the file. When he clicks on the file to view it, IE9 just hangs and the viewer never opens. I tried to uninstall Design Review 2013 and reinstall it and he still cannot view any files. I logged the user out and I logged in under my admin account and even though it was very slow, I was able to view files.
My user is in Tech Service and its very important for him to be able to access drawing files when on the phone with a customer.
He's running a Dell Optiplex Desktop computer running Windows 7 x64 with IE 9.

Make sure you have compatible mode selected in your IE. I had the same problem and that corrected it.
Thanks for the hepl. I actually had to go to Internet Option. Go to the Advanced tab and I hit the Reset button to reset all my internet settings and now everything works great.
I did turn an compatiblity mode as well.
