Vault Virtual Server

We are looking at going to Virtual servers in 2014. We currently run  WG Vault 2013. Is anyone running 2013 in a virtual server. I kind of need some specs to shoot for.

Thanks

We have many customers successfully running Vault server on a virtual environment.   If you look to the vault readme it gives some general comments about virtual machines.    Your allocation of hardware resources for the VM should comply with the system requirements for vault.

One of the best practices of using Vault is to have a testing environment. Often that means a Virtual Machine. It's fully supported & I know of a number of people running VM Vaults in production. Like Ryan said just make sure it has plenty of the resources it requires assigned. I would exceed the recommended specs by some way if I were you.

Just one more add to the correct statements on this here: please also consider the recommendations from Microsoft on virtual machines. Links can be found on the readme as well.
