Vault Uses Tab

vault Collaboration 2013

Have a cleint machine that does not show any uses for a file when you click on the file and you click on the uses tab, even though I can go to another cleint and view uses for the exact same file (attached are two screen shots) it seems like it is only on .iam files, we have re-installed the vault on the cleint machine installed SP2 on the machine and no luck yet.

From the attached jpg, the vault version seems to be 'Vault Collaboration 2012', instead of 2013.

Or, are you having both VC 2012 and VC2013 installed side by side?

Yes the server is on 2013 the cleint is still on 2012, we are getting ready to upgrade to vault professional in weeks, but we have one machine that is giving us trouble.
