Vault & Task Scheduler (Create DWF)

What's the proper method to add a task(s) to task scheduler to checkout, create DWF and check back in. I used autoloader to add the files without associated DWF's.

I typically do a manual check out of files - then simply run the check in
task on them to get the DWF created. even if no real changes happen it
should create a DWF for you.

That's what I thought... when it went to check back in there was no changes to the files and it simply undid the check out? I thought this was odd.

Sorry to hijack this thread.

Brian, any ideas as to why sometimes default views of DWF's are zoomed in on
a ortho view, instead of a full iso view.
See this thread.

Yes - when files are published non in the context of an open window (for
example the IPT DWF for some component in an assembly) the view for that DWF
is ambiguous and therefore becomes random.

It's something we would all like to fix but haven't been able to address it
yet.
