Vault Server Install Error - Validating IIS .Net Settings

Hello

I am installing a Vault Server Console 2012 to windows server 2003 and got some errors in the middle of installation. I'm inserting here the log file and the screenshot of the actions required. I did all the actions required as suggested from the links but still got the same problem again.

Need your advise.

Check your IIS settings for Web Service Extensions as per -

IIS ASP Settings.JPG

Are your ASP.NET Extensions allowed?

I have a similar issue, but my .NET extentions are all allowed. I can browse to the static file in IE no problem, but when I try in Firefox, I get prompted for a login. After logging in as admin, I can see the static file. Still, I keep failing the ASP Status Check and only that check. ADMS should be running, but I cannot connect to it with Inventor. What could the problem be?

The initial post was concerning an install issue regarding not being able to install ADMS.

From your question it appears you already have ADMS up and running?

Is this correct?

Yes it is installed and I am pretty sure that it is running. How do I verify that it is running?

If you have access to the server you should have an icon for -

ADMS Console

ADMS Icon.JPG

If you have, then run the console and you'll get a window showing you your server details -

ADMS Window.JPG

This will show you your server name and Vaults.

Okay, this is what I have:

consol.JPG

If I right-click on the server icon and click 'Administration', I get an error that reads: "Autodesk Data Management Server 2009 could not find the Data Managment Services on 127.0.0.1".

Take a look at this post -

It might give you an idea of where to start.
