Vault sends DWF atachments to a folder different from options

Under dwf attachments options in the administration dialog window shown the path is
G:\ENGINEER.
Some how Vault has created:G:\ENGINEER\engineer
and saves all dwf attachments in there

Hi Irechetova,

There are two options for user to store/keep
visualisation file (dwf/dwfx):

1. Flat list, keeps every visualisation files in
a single folder

2. Duplicate Vault Folder Structure, keeps
visualisation files the way as structured in Vault Folder ($\)

Believe your setting is set to option 2, you
might wish to toggle to option 1.

Hope it helps.

rgds, Chear Huat.

Hello,

Consider that you may have the admin path set to
G:\ENGINEER, but there is a folder under the root called "engineer'. In that
case with the 'duplicate folder structure' option on, you would get these
results. Change the admin path to G:\ PUBLISH and check your results - the
engineer folder should appear under this folder.

Hi,

In the same order I have a question about this
option.

Now I have many components in my Vault. I have just
actived this option.

For a new component the dwf file is on the
correct path.

My question is :

Is that a
size=2> way to publish all dwf allready on my Vault in this path
?

Thank's

Dom
