There is no functionality to roll back revisions so if an user accidentally changes state from Release to WIP there is an unwanted rev bump. The only way I know to fix this is to delete drawing and add it again. By doing this we lose all the history of revisions. All the previous revisons are wiped out from Vault revison table when we click "populate vault data". The only way to fix this to release drawing several times to match current revision.
I am trying to see if someone has a workaround for this...I am considering not to use Vault revision table to avoid this scenario. any ideas?
