Vault Professional 2015 Error 240

We have just noticed that we are getting an Error 240, see screen shot for the error message.  This error pops up when we are setting a files lifecycle state from a 'Check State' to a released state.  We have made a customized lifecycle definition for our company release process.  We have also tried the vault "out of the box" LCS definition, and it creates the same error.  Please help.

Hi Mostrowski,

You need to enable the JobServer and let it run, because it wants to syncronize the properties.

You can find here instructions how to enable.

You will find then a job "Syncronize Properties" under Tools Job queue.

Please refere to the documentation about Job Server/Processor.

Johannes,

Thanks for the tip.  We have enabled the Job Processor in Vault and its currently running on an extra computer.

Thanks,

Mike Ostrowski
