Tried to run the workspace sync command. After a few minutes, the message came up "Some files or folders cannot participate in Workspace Synchronization operation...."
This folder is a locked system folder. Not really sure how to allow access to this folder.
In your synch settings, are you setting all of D:\ as your workspace?

where are the synch settings?
If I right click on the Project Explorere ($) and go to Working Folder.... this is set to D:\
Sorry, I meant to ask what you working folder was set to. Since it's set to D:\ and you keep more than just Vault stuff on D:\ and so does the system, you wont be able to get past it trying to check that directory.
I've looked in the config file and do not see a way to exclude files/folders.

ok... so how is it supposed to work then? I have my workspace set to D:\. This is because we use a single project workflow. My folder structure is like this. My ipj sits under D:\Designs, then all the working files are under that also manily in the \Drawings folder.
Theres a couple options here:
Create a new directory and use that as you're root and place Designs under that.
Or the System Volume Information Directory is for System restore, you can disable system restore for that drive but thats up to you.
I'd go with the first option.
