Vault Pro Uses Tab

I am seeing instances where the assembly file is checked into vault but when I click on the Uses tab there are no part files under the assembly.  They are clearly there as I can open the assembly and everything checks out ok.

 

It's almost as if the Uses tab has not updated properly.  Has anyone seen this?

What version of vault are you using? Can you use Jing or Autodesk Screencast to show the issue happening?

Hi Scott,

I'm using Vault Pro 2014.  Unfortunately it is an intermittent fault and hard to find instances of so at this time I cannot provide any video Smiley Mad
